Ukraine and Russia completed a second large-scale prisoner of war exchange, releasing an additional 307 POWs each. This follows Friday's exchange of 390 POWs per side, part of a larger "1000-for-1000" agreement. The swap occurred amidst renewed diplomatic efforts and following a Russian drone attack on Kyiv. Thousands of POWs remain held by both sides after over three years of conflict.
