JQJO is a small, independent news team built for people who are tired of noise, spin, and endless scrolling.
We started JQJO in 2025 with a simple idea: if misinformation and partisan spin are exploding, then ordinary readers need tools that expose them — not amplify them.
1-Minute News. Built for clarity, not clicks.
Our mission is to make the news:
We do this by combining large-scale data collection, modern AI, and human editorial judgment.
1. We collect the raw news.
Every day, we automatically collect headlines and articles from tens of
thousands of sources — up to around 100,000 articles per day —
spanning major outlets, regional publications, and niche sites across the
political spectrum.
2. We cluster stories around real-world events.
Different outlets often describe the same event with different language
and emphasis. Our systems group related articles into one
“story cluster”, so you see:
3. We summarise and add context.
For each major story, our editorial team creates:
4. Human-reviewed AI.
We use AI to draft preliminary summaries and timelines, but a human editor
always reviews, corrects, and approves what you see on the site.
5. We convert news into text, audio, and video.
People don’t all consume news the same way. For most stories we offer:
6. You choose how to consume.
Read, listen, or watch — the core facts and framing stay consistent.

His background in both media and entrepreneurship drives JQJO’s approach:
JQJO is run by a small group of editors, researchers, and developers who care about:
We are not backed by any political party, campaign, or government. We make money through standard digital advertising and potential future subscriptions. Advertisers and partners do not control our editorial decisions or bias labels.
