Higher-paying occupational tiers saw wage acceleration, while low- and middle-wage categories largely moved sideways. While 60 percent of occupational sectors now register job postings above pre-pandemic baselines, the broader workforce crunch highlights a shrinking labor supply rather than broad-based economic expansion.
