Co-CEO Sven Kruck stated that U.S. investors facilitated introductions in Washington and supported contracts with the Central Intelligence Agency and Federal Bureau of Investigation. The disclosures highlight ongoing reliance on American capital among European defense startups, even as regional governments attempt to decrease strategic dependence on Washington. Quantum Systems has grown to an $8 billion valuation, supplying reconnaissance aircraft to nations including Ukraine and Germany.
