LAFAYETTE, La. — A lifestyle website, everafterinthewoods.com, published a statewide "Cheeseburger Bucket List" this week and Lafayette landed the top two spots on that list. The site named Judice Inn, 3134 Johnston St., for its double cheeseburger of two quarter-pound patties seasoned with a proprietary Cajun blend, and Broaddus Burgers, 610 E Kaliste Saloom Rd., for open-flame grilled patties seasoned with aromatic spices blended into the meat. SHREVEPORT, La. — The list highlights cheeseburger offerings across Louisiana, from longtime diners to newer local hotspots, and includes entries from New Orleans, Shreveport, Lake Charles and Baton Rouge.
