Tap title to read story
Andrew Novak and Ben Griffin secured their first PGA Tour victory at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, edging out the Danish twins Nicolai and Rasmus Hojgaard by one stroke. Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry, defending champions, faltered on the back nine after a weather delay, finishing in a tie for 12th. Novak and Griffin maintained their lead despite a three-way battle in the final stages, capitalizing on a crucial birdie on the 17th to seal their win. The victory is especially sweet for Novak, following a playoff loss last week.
