Maria Corina Machado, Venezuela’s opposition leader, was told by Norwegian Nobel Institute director Kristian Berg Harpviken she won the Nobel Peace Prize, a moment captured in an emotional call. Stunned, she called the award an achievement of a whole society, dedicating it to Venezuelans and to President Trump for decisive support.
