Christopher Moynihan, a 34-year-old Jan. 6 defendant pardoned by President Donald Trump in January, was arrested for making a 'credible' death threat against House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. New York State Police, alerted by the FBI, charged him with a felony terroristic threat; he is held in Dutchess County with bail set at $10,000 cash, $30,000 bond, or an $80,000 partially secured bond. Moynihan, previously sentenced for his role in the Capitol riot, has a court appearance Thursday. CBS News first reported the arrest; the complaint was not immediately available, and the Justice Department did not immediately comment.
