Isabelle “Izzy” Tate, 23, who appeared in the pilot of 9-1-1: Nashville, has died, her agency confirmed. The Nashville native “died peacefully” Sunday after facing a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth, the neuromuscular disease, the McCray Agency told The Hollywood Reporter. Agency owner Kim McCray said the recent Middle Tennessee State University business graduate had returned to acting and booked her first adult role; the pilot filmed in June and premiered Oct. 6. Her family remembered her as “full of fire,” a fighter who loved music, friends and family. The ABC series stars Jessica Capshaw and Chris O’Donnell.
