Food Network star Anne Burrell, 55, died unexpectedly Tuesday in her Brooklyn home. A memorial service Friday included a karaoke singalong of Billy Joel's "Only the Good Die Young," initiated by her husband, Stuart Claxton, who encouraged attendees to give her a 'big send-off.'
