SpaceX plans to launch a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 23 Starlink satellites, including 13 with direct-to-cell capabilities, from Cape Canaveral on Sunday, April 27th at 10:09 p.m. ET. This technology will enable smartphones to connect directly to satellites in low Earth orbit. Backup launch windows are available on April 28th. A live webcast will be available on SpaceX's website and the X TV app.
