Adam Robinson, a forty‑five‑year‑old tech entrepreneur, died in a Learjet crash near Greenacres and Palm Beach, Florida, on Sunday.

The private jet was traveling from Austin to the Bahamas when it nosedived, killing all nine aboard, including Robinson, his wife, their two children, a nanny, two friends, and both pilots.

Robinson had built a career that began on Wall Street during the 2008 financial crisis, later moving to Austin where he launched Retention.com, RB2B, and MoltSets.

He was known for advocating lean, bootstrap‑style startups and was a mentor to many in the tech community.

Following the crash, his companies issued a joint statement mourning his loss and praising his leadership.
