Broadcom Inc. announced fiscal third-quarter 2026 financial results, reporting record revenue driven by strong demand for artificial intelligence hardware. For the quarter ending August 2026, the company posted total revenue of $29.59 billion, marking an 86% increase compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year. Adjusted earnings per share reached $3.32, exceeding Wall Street consensus expectations. Semiconductor solutions revenue surged 127% year-over-year to $20.8 billion, fueled by a 221% increase in artificial intelligence semiconductor sales, which totaled $16.7 billion. Infrastructure software revenue rose 29% to $8.8 billion. Despite the record performance, Broadcom shares experienced volatility in after-hours trading following forward fourth-quarter revenue guidance of approximately $34.8 billion, which came in slightly below analyst expectations. Chief Executive Officer Hock Tan projected continued momentum, forecasting full-year fiscal 2026 AI revenue of $58 billion and outlining long-term targets for fiscal 2027 and 2028.
