RAMS REACQUIRE TUTU ATWELL IN TRADE WITH DOLPHINS

The Los Angeles Rams acquired wide receiver Tutu Atwell from the Miami Dolphins on Thursday in exchange for second-year running back Jarquez Hunter, according to reports by ESPN. Atwell, originally drafted by Los Angeles in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft out of Louisville, returns to the franchise after spending four seasons with the team prior to a stint in Miami during free agency. The trade coincides with roster speculation regarding Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua, prompting head coach Sean McVay to emphasize the necessity of strengthening the receiving corps.
