Speaking in Tel Aviv following high level discussions with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Kushner stated that weapons surrenders and tunnel infrastructure destruction might soon commence. The diplomatic push followed a rare face to face meeting between Kushner and senior Hamas leader Khalil al Hayya in Cairo.
