Los Angeles. Homicide detectives arrested 21-year-old singer David Burke, known as D4vd, on Thursday after investigators connected him to the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose decomposed body was found months earlier inside a Tesla that had been towed from the Hollywood Hills. Police said he is being held without bail on suspicion of murder.
