Hillsboro, Oregon detectives have arrested veterinarian Dr. Steven Milner for the murder of Kenneth "Kenny" Fandrich. Milner, who had a long-standing obsession with Fandrich's wife, Tanya, was accused of stalking, harassment, and ultimately murdering Fandrich. Evidence included spray-painted security cameras, a "burner" minivan used as the crime scene, and DNA matching Milner found on Fandrich's hands. Milner's defense claimed self-defense, but the jury found him guilty of murder and stalking, sentencing him to life in prison.
