Officials believe the explosion, which caused at least one death, was arson related to a domestic dispute. Police discovered the threat in a letter from the alleged perpetrator, who is also the suspect in the explosion. The fairgrounds were searched, and the festival is expected to reopen after 5 p.m. local time.
