A second detainee, Miguel Angel Garcia-Hernandez, has died following a shooting at a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility. He was one of three detainees shot by a gunman on September 24. The first detainee, Norlan Guzman Fuentes, died the same day. The shooter died of a self-inflicted wound. Garcia-Hernandez's wife described his death as a senseless tragedy that has left their family shattered.
