Canadian authorities have banned Irish language hip-hop group Kneecap from performing in the country due to statements deemed contrary to Canadian values and alleged support for terrorist organizations. The ban follows terror offence charges against a band member in the UK related to displaying a Hezbollah flag. Kneecap denies the accusations, calling the ban malicious and vowing legal action. The ban has been supported by the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, while Kneecap contends it's a distraction from their pro-Palestinian advocacy.
