Three former top FBI officials, including former acting Director Brian Driscoll, sued FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi, alleging their firings were politically motivated. The lawsuit claims Patel was ordered by the White House and DOJ to remove agents who investigated President Trump. Driscoll, Jensen, and Evans seek to have their terminations declared null and void, request a hearing to clear their names, and want their jobs reinstated. The FBI and DOJ have yet to officially respond.
