Paramount Pictures and Legendary Entertainment have signed a multi-year global film distribution agreement. Paramount will handle worldwide distribution (excluding China) for Legendary's films, starting with the upcoming Street Fighter movie, based on the popular video game franchise and slated for release October 16, 2026. This follows Paramount's merger with Skydance and represents a significant partnership for both studios, expanding Legendary's reach and offering Paramount a strong slate of films. Warner Bros. will continue to distribute select Legendary franchises, such as Dune and Godzilla x Kong.
