Antarctic glacier melt reveals remains of Briton who died in 1959 accident

The remains of Dennis "Tink" Bell, a British man who died in a crevasse accident in Antarctica in 1959, have been discovered after 66 years. His body and numerous personal effects were found by a Polish expedition near their base on the Ecology glacier. DNA testing confirmed his identity. Bell's brother expressed shock and gratitude for the efforts made to recover his remains and bring them home. The discovery highlights the harsh conditions faced by early Antarctic researchers.
