Guatemala denies deporting 82-year-old Chilean asylum seeker Luis Leon, who reportedly ended up in the country after a visit to a Philadelphia immigration office. The Morning Call reported Leon, a legal US resident since 1987, was found in Guatemala after losing his green card. The Guatemalan Migration Institute stated they had no record of Leon's deportation, and the agreement to accept deportees from the US doesn't include Chileans. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement is investigating the matter.
