Gaza's only Catholic Church, the Holy Family Church, was struck by a tank, injuring four seriously, two critically, including the parish priest, Father Gabriel Romanelli. Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa confirmed the incident, stating the IDF claims it was a mistake. Around 500 displaced Christians were sheltering in the church at the time. The Cardinal vowed continued support for the affected community.
