A Greek-owned ship, carrying 22 Filipino and 3 Indian crew members, was attacked in the Red Sea en route to Jeddah. Communication with the vessel is down, and the attack's status remains unclear. This follows a Houthi claim of responsibility for a similar attack on another Greek-owned ship, the Magic Seas, which was reportedly sunk. The Houthis have increased attacks on shipping in the Red Sea since the start of the Gaza war, claiming solidarity with Palestinians. The Israeli military also conducted strikes on Houthi-held Yemeni ports.
