Russian drone strikes and bombings killed at least three people and injured 56 others in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Over 103 residential buildings were damaged. Elsewhere, attacks in Kherson and Donetsk regions also resulted in casualties. Ukraine reported shooting down 49 of 85 launched drones, while Russia claimed to have downed 33 Ukrainian drones. A fire occurred in Russia's Tambov region, attributed by Ukraine to a drone strike on an explosives plant, while Russia reported a drone strike on a factory in Belgorod, injuring six. Zelenskyy urged increased international pressure on Russia.
