A large-scale Russian drone and missile attack on Kharkiv, Ukraine, killed at least three and injured 21. The attack, one of many recent widespread assaults, included aerial glide bombs and targeted multiple Ukrainian regions. Ukraine's Air Force reported repelling 87 drones and seven missiles. The intensified attacks further hinder peace negotiations, despite recent attempts at dialogue. Kharkiv sustained significant damage to buildings, with the mayor calling it the most powerful attack since the full-scale invasion. Russia also reported downing Ukrainian drones.
