Harvard sues Trump administration for blocking foreign student enrolment

Harvard University is suing the Trump administration after it revoked the university's ability to enroll international students. The administration alleges Harvard hasn't done enough to combat antisemitism and change hiring/admissions practices, claims Harvard denies. Around 6,800 international students, over 27% of Harvard's enrollment, are affected. Harvard calls the action a "blatant violation" of the law and seeks a court order to reverse the decision. This escalation follows previous disputes, including a funding freeze and threats to revoke tax-exempt status.
