Multiple people are dead in a 'devastating blast' Friday morning at Accurate Energetic Systems in McEwen, Tennessee, authorities said. The 7:48 a.m. explosion destroyed one building at the explosives plant; at least 13 people are unaccounted for, and several are missing, officials reported. Sheriff Chris Davis said the multi-day investigation is prioritizing victims and families, and noted the company is fully cooperating.
