Pakistan rejects Trump nuclear testing claim

Pakistan said it will not be the first to resume nuclear testing, pushing back on President Trump's claim on 60 Minutes that Pakistan, Russia and China have conducted tests. China also rejected the allegation. The comments came as Trump's own STRATCOM nominee told Congress neither China nor Russia are conducting nuclear explosive tests. North Korea remains the only nation to detonate a device since the 1990s; Pakistan last tested in 1998 and says it observes a moratorium. Trump has been unclear about resuming U.S. tests; Energy Secretary Chris Wright described planned system tests without nuclear explosions.
