A jury found her guilty of felony conspiracy, two trespass misdemeanors, and vehicle tampering; she faces up to five years and must wear an ankle monitor until a Dec. 3 sentencing. Prosecutors described a weeks-long plan with disguises and rented cars. Industry officials condemned the tactics, while Rosenberg and DxE vowed to appeal and criticized limits on evidence and the ban on a necessity defense.
