Sen. John Fetterman said he’s back home in Pennsylvania after a hospital stay for what his office called a ventricular fibrillation flare-up that left him light-headed and caused a fall during an early Thursday walk. Posting a photo on X on Saturday, he showed injuries to his nose and forehead and wrote that, “20 stitches later and a full recovery,” he was with his wife, Gisele, and their children. He thanked a Pittsburgh medical team and added, “See you back in DC.” Ventricular fibrillation, the American Heart Association notes, can lead to cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac death.
