Backup quarterback Davis Mills led the Texans to their second-biggest comeback, erasing a 29-10 fourth-quarter deficit to beat the Jaguars 36-29. Mills threw touchdowns to Jayden Higgins and Dalton Schultz, then sprinted 14 yards for the go-ahead score with 31 seconds left, part of a quarter in which Houston outgained Jacksonville 167-11. The Jaguars’ last chance unraveled: a completion to the Houston 43 was wiped out by holding, and on the next snap Will Anderson’s sack forced a fumble that Sheldon Rankins returned 32 yards as time expired. Houston moved to 4-5; Jacksonville fell to 5-4.
