Raiders quarterback Geno Smith endured a bruising Thursday, throwing his league-high 12th interception and taking six sacks in a 10-7 loss to the Broncos that dropped the Raiders to 2-7. The offense managed 188 yards. Smith left early in the fourth with a quad contusion, then returned after two snaps, saying he played through a lot of pain because he didn't want to leave teammates out there alone. After a missed field goal, Denver drained the clock. Raiders head coach Pete Carroll said Smith wouldn't have returned if they'd gotten the ball back. Week 11 is Monday night.
