Hundreds of trucks now enter Gaza daily under the cease-fire, but relief groups say many carry commercial goods that residents can’t afford. UNICEF doubled daily aid pallets, and the U.N. reports new nutrition centers, mobile health teams, and over a million hot meals a day, but needs far exceed supply. The plan calls for 600 trucks daily; WFP brings in 750 metric tons of food, far short of its 2,000-ton goal. Clean water remains scarce.
