President Donald Trump said two survivors of a U.S. strike on a suspected drug-carrying submersible in the Caribbean will be sent to Ecuador and Colombia for detention and prosecution. The Thursday attack — at least the sixth since early September — killed two others, bringing the toll to at least 29.
