Diane Keaton, the Oscar-winning star of Annie Hall and The Godfather, has died at 79. Producer Dori Rath confirmed her death; no cause was immediately available. The Los Angeles Fire Department said it answered a medical call to Keaton’s Brentwood home at 8:08 a.m. Saturday and transported a patient to a hospital. Celebrated for offbeat humor and enduring style, Keaton’s career spanned from Broadway’s Hair to Baby Boom, Father of the Bride, and Book Club.
