Yellowjackets will end with its upcoming fourth season, creators Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson announced Friday, calling it a "twisted conclusion." A writers room is open, with production slated for 2026; a premiere date is TBD. Lyle and Nickerson will remain showrunners and are in talks with Paramount about extending their relationship. The Paramount+ thriller, produced by Lionsgate TV, premiered on Showtime in 2021, became a word-of-mouth hit, and has earned 10 Emmy nominations. Season three concluded in April and the series was renewed in May.
