A federal prosecutor in Virginia, Elizabeth Yusi, is reportedly resisting President Trump's demands to criminally indict New York Attorney General Letitia James. MSNBC reports Yusi sees no probable cause for mortgage fraud allegations, which were pushed by Trump and others. This comes after a similar pressure campaign led to the indictment of former FBI Director James Comey. Yusi plans to convey her findings to a newly installed interim U.S. attorney appointed by Trump.
