AppleTV+ has postponed the release of the Jessica Chastain-led series, "The Savant", which focuses on an investigator tracking online hate groups. The decision, made after the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has left Chastain "not aligned" with the streamer. She argues the show's relevance to recent US violence, including school shootings and political attacks, makes its postponement unfortunate but understands Apple's decision. The series, which Chastain executive produced, will premiere at a later date.
