Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, 32, died after becoming unresponsive on Universal Orlando's Stardust Racers roller coaster. Initially reported as having lacerations, he was found not breathing and later pronounced dead at a hospital. An autopsy revealed multiple blunt impact injuries, ruling the death accidental. Zavala had a pre-existing spinal condition. Universal Orlando is cooperating with investigators, and the state is conducting its own investigation. The Stardust Racers coaster, opened in May, is designed for wheelchair transfers.
