Insta360's new Antigravity A1 drone offers a unique 360-degree aerial filming experience. Controlled via an arcade-style light gun and viewed through an augmented reality headset, the drone provides immersive footage. The A1, similar in size to a DJI Air 3S, cleverly hides its body from the twin cameras, offering seamless 360 views. While initial testing revealed some lag and control issues, the innovative design and intuitive pointing system create a novel flight experience. The A1 is expected to launch in January, with a price yet to be revealed and the possibility of additional control options in the future.
