Jon Gruden won a legal victory against the NFL and Commissioner Roger Goodell in the Nevada Supreme Court. Gruden's statement to ESPN expressed his desire for the truth to be revealed about the leaked emails that led to his dismissal from the Raiders. He alleges the timing of the leak, during the 2021 season, was deliberate and damaging to the team. Gruden's lawyers can now seek evidence regarding the leaker(s). The NFL plans to appeal, potentially hindering the full disclosure of events.
