Tom Dundon, owner of the Carolina Hurricanes, is in talks to buy the Portland Trail Blazers from the estate of Paul Allen. A group including Dundon, Marc Zahr, and Sheel Tyle plan to keep the team in Portland. The sale, valued at an estimated $3.6 billion, requires NBA approval and follows Allen's will instructing the sale of his sports teams for philanthropic purposes. Dundon will serve as the Trail Blazers' governor.
