Lions safety Morice Norris suffered a serious injury during Friday's preseason game against the Falcons. After consultation, both coaches, Raheem Morris and Dan Campbell, mutually agreed to end the game early out of respect for Norris and his family. The Falcons took one final snap before the game concluded. While the league's response is unknown, the decision was widely seen as appropriate given the gravity of the situation. Thankfully, Norris is reported to be stable and has movement in all extremities.
