Ukraine: Kyiv says it hit Russian oil, military facilities

Ukraine's anti-corruption agencies, NABU and SAPO, announced the uncovering of a major corruption scheme involving inflated prices for military drones and signal jamming systems. The scheme involved a current lawmaker, officials, and national guard personnel receiving up to 30% kickbacks. Four arrests have been made. This follows the recent reinstatement of the agencies' independence after widespread protests against President Zelenskyy's attempt to curtail their authority.
