Netflix announced a significant expansion of its anime offerings at Anime Expo in Los Angeles. Over 150 million households (300 million viewers) now watch anime on the platform, a three-fold increase in five years. 2024 saw a record 33 anime titles in Netflix's Global Top 10 (Non-English). New titles include "Sakamoto Days," "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2," "My Melody & Kuromi," and several others. Netflix is capitalizing on this growth with dubbed audio and descriptions in up to 33 languages.
