Lululemon has sued Costco for allegedly selling counterfeit versions of its popular athleisure clothing, including Scuba hoodies and Define jackets. Lululemon claims Costco's Kirkland brand uses unauthorized copies of its patented designs, misleading consumers into believing they are purchasing authentic Lululemon products.
