North Korea has reportedly righted its partially capsized Choe Hyun Class destroyer, which suffered a botched launch in May. Leader Kim Jong Un, who witnessed the incident, ordered the ship's restoration and punished responsible officials. However, significant repairs remain, requiring specialized infrastructure not available at the Chongjin shipyard where it is located.
